The Obsidian Tide Cuff

The Obsidian Tide Cuff is a sculptural study in movement and shadow — layered arcs of blackened metal folding like Adriatic waves at dusk. Bold yet fluid, the openwork silhouette creates dramatic dimension while maintaining an elegant lightness on the wrist. Dark oxidized tones catch flashes of graphite, steel-blue, and soft metallic reflection, giving the piece an almost kinetic presence as it moves.

Handcrafted by the artist, Ivan Midzic, each piece reflects a practice spanning jewelry and fine art.

Raw metals are used in their natural state, with the marks of making intentionally preserved.

A light protective coating is applied; subtle tonal shifts may occur depending on skin chemistry and environment.

Variations in form and finish are inherent — and part of what makes each piece unique.
