Ember Halo Pendant

Handcrafted by the artist, Ivan Midzic, each piece reflects a practice spanning jewelry and fine art.

A radiant halo of handwoven copper surrounds a densely layered core of oxidized aluminum, creating a striking interplay between warmth and shadow. Inspired by celestial forms and natural energy, the sculptural composition draws the eye inward through intricate layers that reveal new depth and texture from every angle.

The pendant is suspended from a handcrafted brushed aluminum circular collar measuring approximately 5⅞ inches (15 cm) in diameter, finished with a simple artisan hook clasp that complements the clean architectural design.

Raw metals are used in their natural state, with the marks of making intentionally preserved. A light protective coating is applied; subtle tonal shifts may occur depending on skin chemistry and environment.

Variations in form and finish are inherent—and part of what makes each piece unique.
