Designed and individually tailored by renowned Uzbek textile artist Umida Kabilova, every throw begins with authentic handwoven silk adras—the celebrated ikat fabric that has defined Central Asian textile traditions for centuries. The striking patterns are created through the ancient resist-dyeing process in which threads are individually dyed before weaving, producing the softly feathered motifs that make every length of adras impossible to duplicate.

Each throw is meticulously hand cut and sewn in Umida's Bukhara atelier before being finished with a luxurious silk adras lining, allowing both sides of the piece to showcase the beauty of this remarkable textile. No two throws are ever identical. Slight variations in pattern placement, color, and weave are the signature of genuine artisan craftsmanship and affirm the individuality of every piece.
